We sent off 1,524  boxes from Luxembourg and so far €18,300 (as at 3.12.25) has been donated to cover transportation and project expenses!

Thanks to your generosity, we are sending LOVE, HOPE and JOY to children and their families. Many boxes were beautifully and thoughtfully packed. WELL DONE!

It would actually be easier to list the countries that don't receive shoeboxes, because there are really only a few. The “Christmas in a Shoebox” campaign, known internationally as “Operation Christmas Child,” distributes shoeboxes to over 100 countries worldwide! The parcels from German-speaking countries mainly go to Eastern Europe, primarily for logistical reasons. Year after year, we receive wonderful feedback about the impact your lovingly packed shoeboxes have on the children and their families.

For 2025 and 2026, the recipient countries we can name are (others cannot be named for security reasons): Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary.
